- In a spacious mixing bowl, blend 1 cup of rolled oats, 1 cup of milk (or your preferred milk alternative), and ½ cup of Greek yogurt. Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup for sweetness. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is well combined and creamy.
- Next, divide the creamy oats mixture evenly into four jars or airtight containers. Use a spatula to ensure each jar has a generous amount.
- Cover each jar with a lid or plastic wrap, and place them in the refrigerator for at least 4-6 hours, or ideally overnight.
- When you’re ready to enjoy, remove a jar from the refrigerator and give it a good stir. If the oats appear too thick, add a splash of milk.
