  • 1 tablespoon Additional Cinnamon Sugar Mix Blend of granulated sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling.

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Arrange saltine crackers in a single layer.
  2. Combine granulated sugar with ground cinnamon in a small bowl to create a cinnamon sugar mix.
  3. Melt unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and granulated sugar; cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour the caramel evenly over the arranged saltine crackers, ensuring an even distribution.
  5. Bake for 5-7 minutes until bubbling and golden.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle white chocolate chips over the hot caramel layer. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  7. Spread the melted chocolate evenly across the caramel layer.
  8. Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the top.
  9. Allow to cool completely, then break into bite-sized pieces.
  10. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
