Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, adobo sauce, minced chipotle pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Marinate Salmon: Pat salmon fillets dry and brush with the marinade. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Cook Salmon: Preheat oven to 400°F or grill to medium-high. Bake salmon for 12-15 minutes or grill for 10-12 minutes until flaky.
