Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C) and prepare a greased baking sheet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese, oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pound the chicken breasts to even thickness, brush with melted butter, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Coat the chicken with the herb and cheese mixture and place on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, flip, and bake for another 5 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and add marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese on top of each chicken piece.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  8. Prepare the spaghetti squash by halving it, removing seeds, drizzling with olive oil, and roasting until tender.
  9. Serve the cheesy chicken atop the spaghetti squash strands with marinara drizzled over.
