  • 9 ounces Fresh Cheese Tortellini or any fresh-filled pasta
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning adjust spice level to taste
For the Sauce
  • 2 cups Beef Broth use low-sodium if desired
  • 0.5 cups Sour Cream optional, for serving
  • 1 cup Queso Dip use homemade or store-bought
Optional Add-ins
  • 1 cup Cooked Black Beans for extra protein and fiber
  • 1 cup Sautéed Bell Peppers seasoned to taste
  • 1 cup Roasted Corn adds sweetness and crunch

Directions
  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes until no longer pink.

  4. Reduce heat to low and fold in sour cream and queso dip until creamy.
