Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Divide the pizza dough into 10 equal pieces and roll each into an 8-inch long rope, thicker at the ends.
  3. Using kitchen scissors, make two small cuts at each end of the dough ropes to resemble bone ends.
  4. Melt the butter and brush it over each shaped breadstick, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes.
  6. Let cool for a minute before serving warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
