In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast. Stir until well mixed.
Add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out into a rectangle about ½ inch thick.
Brush the melted butter over the dough, then sprinkle the minced garlic, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley evenly over the surface.
Cut the dough into strips, then stack the strips and cut them into squares.
Place the squares into a greased bundt pan or a round baking dish, layering them as you go.
Cover the pan with a towel and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
