- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir until creamy and well-combined.
- Lay tortillas flat on a countertop. Divide the chicken mixture among the tortillas, covering most of the surface, then layer fresh spinach, diced tomatoes, and sliced green onions on top.
- Fold the sides of each tortilla over the filling, then roll tightly from the bottom to the top to form wraps.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook wraps seam-side down for 2–3 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes.
