- Boil 1 cup of water in a saucepan. Remove from heat and add the chamomile tea bag. Steep for 5 minutes.
- Heat 1 cup of milk in another saucepan over medium-low heat until steaming, about 3-5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bag, stir in 1 tablespoon of honey until dissolved. Optionally add ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- Pour the honey-infused tea into a mug, then add the warmed milk and stir gently.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top for garnish before serving.
