In serving bowls, layer the cooked quinoa as the base.
Top the quinoa with the cooked meat mixture, followed by cherry tomatoes, shredded lettuce, diced avocado, shredded cheddar cheese, and pickles.
Drizzle your favorite burger sauce over the top before serving.
