Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth, then fold in fresh blueberries.
  3. Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheets until smooth and about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into 4-inch squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the filling on each pastry square and fold the corners to the center, pinching edges to seal.
  5. Whisk together one egg with a tablespoon of water. Coat the tops of each pastry with the egg wash.
