For the Noodles
  • 12 oz Egg Noodles (Dried, Extra Wide) can substitute gluten-free

Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by cutting your stew beef into uniform, bite-sized pieces and transfer to the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the beef, then add minced garlic, fresh thyme, and beef bouillon.
  3. Whisk together Worcestershire sauce, mushroom soup, and beef broth in a separate bowl, then pour over beef.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 4 to 5 hours or low for 7 to 8 hours.
  5. About 20 minutes before serving, cook dried egg noodles in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  6. Serve a portion of warm egg noodles topped with the beef mixture and garnish with parsley.
