Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 pieces naan bread
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and BBQ sauce. Mix until the chicken is well coated.
  3. Place the naan bread on a baking sheet. Brush each piece lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Evenly distribute the BBQ chicken mixture over each naan, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Top each naan with shredded mozzarella cheese and a few slices of red onion.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute. Garnish with fresh cilantro before slicing and serving.
