Place the naan bread on a baking sheet. Brush each piece lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Evenly distribute the BBQ chicken mixture over each naan, leaving a small border around the edges.
Top each naan with shredded mozzarella cheese and a few slices of red onion.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute. Garnish with fresh cilantro before slicing and serving.
