Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly over the salmon.
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and garlic powder until well combined.
Spread the sauce mixture generously over the top of each salmon fillet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
