  • 1 pound salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, lime juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down. Generously spread the sauce mixture over the top of each fillet.
  4. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
  5. Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
  6. Serve immediately with rice or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
