Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Rinse the turkey wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
Add the turkey wings to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for more flavor.
Place the marinated turkey wings in a large baking dish. Pour the chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce over the wings.
Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, remove the foil and brush the wings with honey. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes, or until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
