Cooking Steps

  4. Bake for 30 minutes, watching to ensure vegetables remain juicy.
  5. Increase temperature to 450°F (232°C) and bake for an additional 10 minutes until feta is golden and tomatoes are wrinkled.
  6. Cook pasta in salted water according to package instructions, usually 8-10 minutes. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water.
  7. Mash the softened feta and mix with roasted vegetables to create a creamy sauce.
  8. Add the drained pasta to the baking dish and mix thoroughly, adjusting with reserved pasta water if needed.
