Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or oil to prevent sticking.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, ricotta cheese, egg, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, grated onion, chopped parsley or basil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix gently.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs about 1.5 inches in diameter and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
