- In a bowl, mix apple cider, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, ginger, and nutmeg until well blended.
- Pour the glaze over the chicken and let it simmer for about 3-5 minutes.
- Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked and glazed.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving, garnishing with fresh herbs if desired.
