  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not touching.
  5. Cook the chicken for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
