Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine diced chicken, potatoes, broccoli, and shredded cheddar cheese. Pour in chicken broth and melted butter. Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, then mix until evenly coated.
- Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish with butter or cooking spray. Transfer the mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.
- Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue to bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the casserole rest for 5–10 minutes before serving. Optionally, sprinkle additional cheese on top before serving.
