Tzatziki Chicken Naan Pizza is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines the flavors of tzatziki sauce with shredded chicken on a crispy naan base.

- 2 large naan breads
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cucumber, finely diced
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the naan breads on a baking sheet.
- In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the tzatziki sauce.
- Spread half of the tzatziki sauce evenly over each naan bread.
- Top the naan with shredded chicken, diced cucumber, and halved cherry tomatoes.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the top of each naan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the naan is crispy and the cheese is slightly melted.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with any remaining tzatziki sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add sliced jalapeños or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes on top before baking.
- Substitute the chicken with grilled shrimp or roasted vegetables for a different flavor profile.
