Description

Delicious and easy-to-make Ranch Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers perfect for grilling.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Wooden or metal skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ranch dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well to create a marinade.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a grill pan, heat it over medium heat on the stovetop.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
  5. Brush the skewers lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  6. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks. The internal temperature should reach 165°F.
  7. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes to the marinade.
  • Serve with a side of fresh vegetables or a simple salad for a complete meal.
