- 2 pounds bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the olive oil to the seasoning mixture and stir until well combined.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss them in the seasoning mixture until they are evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, skin side up.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the skin is crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper to the seasoning mix.
- To make this dish in a slow cooker, place the seasoned chicken thighs in the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until tender.
