A refreshing and vibrant Pink Coconut Iced Latte perfect for summer.

- 2 cups brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut syrup
- 1/4 cup strawberry puree (fresh or frozen)
- Ice cubes
- Shredded coconut for garnish (optional)
- Fresh strawberries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Brew your coffee and allow it to cool to room temperature. You can also brew it in advance and refrigerate it.
- In a blender, combine the coconut milk, coconut syrup, and strawberry puree. Blend until smooth and well mixed.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes, then pour in the cooled coffee until the glass is about halfway full.
- Slowly pour the coconut-strawberry mixture over the coffee, allowing it to swirl and create a beautiful layered effect.
- Garnish with shredded coconut and fresh strawberries if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a sweeter drink, add more coconut syrup or a splash of vanilla extract.
- Substitute almond milk or oat milk for a different flavor profile while keeping it dairy-free.
