- 2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger (if using) until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the salmon, ensuring the fillets are well coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove from the oven and let the salmon rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.

- For added flavor, marinate the salmon in the honey garlic mixture for 30 minutes before baking.
