  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger (if using) until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the honey garlic mixture over the salmon, ensuring the fillets are well coated.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked to your desired doneness.
