- 1 large egg

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined; do not overmix.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon of Nutella onto the center of each pancake, then cover with an additional 1/4 cup of batter.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then carefully flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from the skillet and keep warm while you repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings like whipped cream, fresh fruit, or maple syrup.
Notes
- For a healthier twist, substitute half of the all-purpose flour with whole wheat flour.
- Add a pinch of cinnamon to the batter for extra flavor.
