Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, combine the milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined; do not overmix.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Spoon 1 tablespoon of Nutella onto the center of each pancake, then cover with an additional 1/4 cup of batter.
  7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then carefully flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  8. Remove from the skillet and keep warm while you repeat with the remaining batter.
  9. Serve warm with your favorite toppings like whipped cream, fresh fruit, or maple syrup.
