Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken thighs in the bottom of the Crock-Pot.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and minced garlic until well combined.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are coated.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily shredded with a fork.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken in the Crock-Pot using two forks and mix it with the sauce.
