A delicious and easy recipe for Honey Mustard Oven-Baked Salmon that is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

- 2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the honey mustard mixture generously over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Drizzle the lemon juice over the salmon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the honey mustard mixture.
- To customize, try using maple syrup instead of honey for a different flavor profile.
