Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and buttermilk.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Dip each piece of chicken into the buttermilk mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
  6. Carefully place the coated chicken pieces into the hot oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding.
  7. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.

  9. In a separate bowl, mix the honey, melted butter, and cinnamon until well combined.
