- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Marinate the chicken breasts in buffalo sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and blue cheese.
- Add the sliced grilled chicken on top of the salad.
- Drizzle with ranch dressing and season with salt and pepper.
- Toss gently and serve immediately.
