Description

A delicious and easy recipe for Garlic Butter Baked Salmon, perfect for a healthy meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each fillet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  5. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

  • For a crispy top, broil the salmon for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
  • Add your favorite vegetables, such as asparagus or broccoli, to the baking sheet for a complete meal.
