- 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
- For a crispy top, broil the salmon for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
- Add your favorite vegetables, such as asparagus or broccoli, to the baking sheet for a complete meal.
