Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and chopped mint leaves.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss to coat all the ingredients evenly.
- Let the salad sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
