Scale
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- If using, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the zucchini and toss again to distribute.
- Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the zucchini chips are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the chips from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, try dusting the zucchini with a bit of cornstarch before adding the oil and seasonings.
- If you want a spicy kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes to the seasoning mix.
