Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, coating it in the creamy sauce. Let it simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
