  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard. Mix until smooth and well blended.
  2. Add the chopped hard-boiled eggs, green onions, celery, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl. If using, add the fresh dill.
  3. Gently fold the ingredients together until everything is evenly combined. Be careful not to mash the eggs too much.
