- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 4 large hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard. Mix until smooth and well blended.
- Add the chopped hard-boiled eggs, green onions, celery, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl. If using, add the fresh dill.
- Gently fold the ingredients together until everything is evenly combined. Be careful not to mash the eggs too much.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. If you prefer a creamier texture, you can add a bit more mayonnaise.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
- Serve chilled on a bed of lettuce, in a sandwich, or with crackers.
