- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast. Stir until well mixed.
- Add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out into a rectangle about ½ inch thick.
- Brush the melted butter over the dough, then sprinkle the minced garlic, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley evenly over the surface.
- Cut the dough into strips, then stack the strips and cut them into squares.
- Place the squares into a greased bundt pan or a round baking dish, layering them as you go.
- Cover the pan with a towel and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
