- 2 cups cooked quinoa
- 1 pound ground beef (or turkey)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 avocado, diced
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup pickles, sliced
- ¼ cup your favorite burger sauce (ketchup, mustard, or a special sauce)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef (or turkey) and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to combine the flavors.
- In serving bowls, layer the cooked quinoa as the base.
- Top the quinoa with the cooked meat mixture, followed by cherry tomatoes, shredded lettuce, diced avocado, shredded cheddar cheese, and pickles.
- Drizzle your favorite burger sauce over the top before serving.

- For a vegetarian option, substitute the ground beef with black beans or lentils.
