- 1 cup cooked brown rice

- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce. Mix until the chicken is well-coated.
- In serving bowls, layer the cooked brown rice as the base.
- Top the rice with the buffalo chicken mixture.
- Add the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken.
- Sprinkle blue cheese crumbles over the entire bowl.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over each bowl and add sliced avocado.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
