- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped romaine lettuce.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss gently until everything is well coated.
- If using, add the sliced green onions and toss again.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for about 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for half of the mayonnaise.
