Ingredients

- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the heavy cream, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gradually add the flour and mix until just incorporated.
- Pour the batter into a lined springform pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is dark brown and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Let it cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!

- For best results, use room temperature cream cheese.
- Do not overmix the batter to avoid incorporating too much air.
