- 2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly over the salmon.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Spread the sauce mixture generously over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise.
- Try adding a sprinkle of sesame seeds on top for added crunch and flavor.
