- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Rinse the turkey wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
- Add the turkey wings to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for more flavor.
- Place the marinated turkey wings in a large baking dish. Pour the chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce over the wings.
- Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour, remove the foil and brush the wings with honey. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes, or until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, try adding a splash of lemon juice to the marinade.
- If you prefer a spicier kick, add 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper to the marinade.
